a family of foldable and portable stools that can be easily brought forward when several seats are needed and light enough to carry from one place to another.
the weaving technique chosen has allowed me to build the pillow on the loom, filling it with wool along the weaving process and creating its rib structure.
the patterns of the fabric vary in a subtle way so that each piece can stand alone or live together with the others.
in my mother tongue, catalan, the word "aplec" refers to a gathering of people and "plec" means folding, both articulate the essence of the collection.
